Note:
Icon helmets are exchangeable for proper fit only. Any Icon helmet that
needs to be exchanged is subject to an exchange fee equal to 10% of the purchase
price. Exchanges must be approved within 48 hours of receipt by
obtaining an RMA# from a NEME
representative. The helmet must be returned with the RMA# displayed on the outside of the package. The
exchange fee can be avoided by knowing your correct helmet size
in advance of your purchase. Feel free to call or stop by prior to
ordering with any sizing questions you may have. We will make every
attempt to assist you, however, if your order is placed by phone or
internet we can not guarantee the fit unless you are sized properly at
our retail location. We do not accept returns for refund on helmet
purchases.
