New England Motorcycle - Return & Exchange Information

All returns must be in brand new condition include original tags and packaging and be shipped in an appropriate shipping box, please do not use the product packaging as a shipping container. Please note return shipping is non refundable.

All returns must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) # within 7 days from the date of receipt. Returns postmarked beyond 7 days and within 30 days will receive a store credit good for 1 year from date of issue.

Please follow these steps to complete your Return or Exchange:

  1. Request a Return Merchandise Authorization number via email: info@motoemporium.com or call our Customer Service department at 540-948-7600. Please supply your order # or invoice #, item # and/or description, the billing name used to place the order and a daytime phone # and/or email address where we can send your RMA # and shipping instructions.
  2. Indicate the reason for return / exchange.
  3. If exchanging merchandise, please indicate the item(s) you would like to exchange for.
  4. Include the completed return form in an appropriate shipping box along with all product tags and packaging to:

  1. Please ensure the RMA # is visible on the outside of the shipping box near the shipping label. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

For convenience, you may print out and complete our Return Form to include with your shipment, a pre-addressed return label is available on the Return Form.

Refunds will be issued to the payment method used at time of order and do not include costs associated with original or return shipping and handling.

New England Motorcycle will refund the original cost of the returned item and the exchange will be processed as a new order. Once the exchange has been entered, you will be contacted for any difference in payment.

  • Windshields & windscreens are subject to a 20% restocking fee; Icon & Arctiva items are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
  • No refunds, returns or exchanges on special order items, electronics, final sale items or helmets (exchanges are allowed on heated gear and helmets to assure proper fit).
  • We will not accept any return shipments sent C.O.D.
  • We do not reimburse shipping charges for items returned from outside the continental US
  • Warranty claims are processed through the individual product manufacturers and subject to their policies and discretion.

Any item returned that is damaged due to improper packaging will not be accepted. Please retain your return tracking information as New England Motorcycle, LLC is not responsible for packages lost during return shipment.
